Charles E, Lakin Human Services Campus

The Charles E. Lakin Human Services Campus in Council Bluffs, Iowa is an innovative nonprofit complex dedicated to providing critical services for children, families in crisis, homeless and near-homeless individuals, and those needing mental health and addiction treatment. Founded in 2008, the Campus houses multiple partner agencies including Boys & Girls Club, Heartland Family Service, MICAH House, The Salvation Army, and other community organizations that work together to offer assistance, resources, and training to those in need throughout southwest Iowa.
