New Visions Homeless Services (MOHMS Place)

New Visions Homeless Services (MOHMS Place), founded in 1995 by Reverend Harry and Ginny Wallar, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness and hunger in Council Bluffs, Iowa and the surrounding region. Located at 1435 N 15th Street, the organization operates a 24-hour emergency shelter, meal services, and supportive housing facilities, serving over 800 men annually through wrap-around services including case management, housing assistance, and pathways to employment and independence.
