WCCA – Pottawattamie County Outreach Center

West Central Community Action (WCCA) operates the Pottawattamie County Outreach Center in Council Bluffs, serving low-income families and individuals with assistance programs including food pantries, emergency clothing, LIHEAP energy assistance, and referrals to social services. Located at 300 W Broadway Suite 35 in the Omni Centre Business Park, the center operates Monday through Friday and is part of WCCA’s broader mission to help families achieve self-sufficiency across ten counties in western Iowa.
