Community Action of Eastern Iowa

Community Action of Eastern Iowa, located at 500 East 59th Street in Davenport, is a nonprofit community action agency founded in 1965 that serves Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties. The organization provides comprehensive services to over 25,000 people annually, including Head Start preschool programs, utility bill assistance through LIHEAP, crisis financial assistance, weatherization services, food pantry support, and home safety services. Community Action of Eastern Iowa works to improve the lives of low-income families, children, and individuals across Eastern Iowa.
