Neicac – Winneshiek County Food Pantry

The Winneshiek County Food Pantry is operated by Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and is located at 305 Montgomery Street in Decorah, Iowa. The pantry provides food and personal hygiene products to those in need in Winneshiek County by appointment only. NEICAC serves seven northeast Iowa counties and assists over 10,000 individuals annually through various family services, food pantries, and crisis assistance programs.
