Lutheran Church of Hope+Elim

Hope+Elim is a Lutheran church campus located at 2500 University Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa, offering worship services both in-person and online. The congregation was formed in 2021 when Hope Des Moines merged with Elim Christian Fellowship, creating a multicultural community focused on racial reconciliation and serving the city of Des Moines. Led by pastors Jon Anenson and Brian Brown, Hope+Elim operates as part of the larger Lutheran Church of Hope network and hosts Sunday services at 9:00 and 11:00 AM while engaging in community service and outreach throughout the Drake neighborhood.
