Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, Inc.

Founded in 1981, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, Inc. The organization operates two Houses—one near Blank Children’s Hospital with 18 bedrooms and one at MercyOne Children’s Hospital with 14 bedrooms—offering comprehensive services including meals, laundry facilities, playrooms, and comfortable community spaces. Supported by over 70 volunteers and dedicated staff, the organization serves families with children age 21 and younger from Iowa and across the United States and world.
