HACAP Corporate Office

HACAP (Hawkeye Area Community Action Program) is a nonprofit community action agency that serves six counties in Eastern Iowa: Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn, and Washington. Located at 1515 Hawkeye Drive in Hiawatha, the organization is dedicated to empowering families and removing barriers to self-sufficiency through flexible and adaptive programs and services. HACAP provides a range of community support programs including Head Start, WIC services, affordable housing assistance, and the HACAP Food Reservoir, working collaboratively with nonprofit, faith-based, and community organizations to strengthen the communities it serves.
