Zion United Church-Christ Prsng

Zion United Church of Christ is a United Church of Christ congregation located at 402 Main Street in Lowden, Iowa. With more than 100 years of history in the community, the church traces its roots to the Evangelical and Reformed Church prior to the 1957 merger that created the United Church of Christ. Zion’s ministry serves all people regardless of age or race, offering programs including Christian Education classes for children, youth groups, women’s organizations, worship services with traditional hymns and organ music, and community service initiatives. The church currently maintains a registered membership of 280+ members with approximately 75 attending weekly worship.
