Neighborhood Retreat

Neighborhood Retreat is an adult day program operated by Good Neighbor Society in Manchester, Iowa. The facility, located on West Marion Street, fills the gap created when the Adult Day Program at the Delaware County Senior Center closed. It provides meals five days a week and offers community lunches, activities, and social engagement for area seniors. The program is part of Good Neighbor Society’s commitment to serving residents of Delaware County and surrounding areas.
