Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is a nationally accredited nonprofit human services organization that has been serving communities since 1864. Located at 302 West Church Street in Marshalltown, LSI provides comprehensive services across Iowa including therapy, counseling, behavioral health support, crisis intervention, residential treatment, disability services, and refugee support for individuals of all ages. As an affiliated social ministry partner of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), LSI is guided by faith-based values and committed to strengthening families and promoting independence and self-reliance.
