Ossian Care Center

Ossian Senior Hospice opened in 1966 and is a nonprofit skilled nursing facility with 46 beds and a 10-bed dementia unit located at 114 Fisher Avenue in Ossian, Iowa. The facility provides long-term care, dementia care, end-of-life care, and rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help residents return to their homes after surgery or illness. As an active community partner, Ossian Senior Hospice also administers the local Meals on Wheels program and employs approximately 70 people in the community.
