HACAP Washington Office

The Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP) Washington Office, located at 2175 Lexington Boulevard in Washington, Iowa, is a nonprofit community action agency dedicated to helping low-income families, individuals, and veterans in east central Iowa. Since 1965, HACAP has delivered 45 programs across nine counties, supporting more than 78,000 individuals annually through services addressing food insecurity, housing stability, healthcare, and early childhood development.
