Friends of the Family

Cedar Valley Friends of the Family is a private nonprofit organization based in Waterloo, Iowa that provides safe shelter, confidential services, and housing assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and homelessness across 22 counties in Northeast Iowa. Founded in 1992, the organization operates with a mission to help victims achieve safety and independence while working toward their vision that everyone has a home.
