Hawkeye Community College

Hawkeye Community College is a public community college established in 1966 in Waterloo, Iowa, serving approximately 5,040 students across 10 northeast and east-central Iowa counties with its main campus on East Orange Road and additional centers in Cedar Falls, Independence, Grundy County, Waverly, and Waterloo. The college offers associate degree programs in technical and vocational fields as well as liberal arts and sciences, and has recently expanded its community involvement through initiatives like the Automation and Robotics Center opened in 2023 to address workforce development needs in the region.
