One City United

One City United is a nonprofit organization founded in 2018 in Waterloo, IA that works to equip people to overcome employment barriers and thrive through intensive workforce development and life transformation programs. Located at 907 Independence Avenue, the organization offers services including the Momentum Urban Employment Program for individuals facing multiple barriers to employment, a community resource app, and the To Work transportation shuttle service, while collaborating with local businesses, organizations, and churches to create lasting economic and social change in the Cedar Valley.
