Wayland Mennonite Church

Wayland Mennonite Church, located at 104 Second Street in Wayland, Iowa, is a Christian congregation affiliated with Mennonite Church USA that serves the local community through worship, community service, and various ministry programs including children’s and youth groups. Founded in 1899 as the town building of the Eicher Emmanuel Mennonite Church, the congregation dedicated its meetinghouse in 1900 and has undergone major expansions in 1911 and 1961, with the church becoming fully independent in 1927.
