Carroll Assistance Center

Carroll Assistance Center is a nonprofit organization located at 102 W. Washington Street in Wheatland, IA, founded in 1967. The center provides referrals and assistance for medical, prescriptions, fuel, school supplies, food, electricity, and rent to residents of Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, Jones, and Scott counties. Operating twice weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the center serves over 100 visitors per week and functions as both a resource center and gathering place offering fellowship and support to those in need.
