Woodward Resource Center

The Woodward Resource Center is a state-operated facility located at 1251 334th Street in Woodward, Iowa, providing residential and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The center operates as an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) under the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, serving approximately 100 people on campus with additional supported community living services available across Iowa. The facility’s mission is to prepare and support individuals to live in the community of their choice, offering comprehensive services including assessment, treatment, training, rehabilitation, and consultation to families and service providers throughout the state.
