Kansas Food Bank

The Kansas Food Bank is the primary source of food for hundreds of hunger-relief agencies across an 85-county service area, including food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and senior delivery programs. Since opening its Independence warehouse facility in 1997, the organization has distributed more than half a million pounds of food annually to serve Southeast Kansas and surrounding rural communities.
