Town and Country Christian Church – Food Distribution Center

Town and Country Christian Church Food Distribution Center operated as a mobile food distribution program in Topeka, serving families in need through partnership with Harvesters Community Food Network. The program began in 2010 and served 150 to 300 cars monthly at the Kansas Neurological Institute location, providing free groceries on a first-come, first-served basis. The distribution closed in September 2026 due to aging leadership and new recordkeeping requirements, but had been a vital community resource for residents seeking food assistance.
