Bread For Life Community Food Pantry, operated by St. Vincent de Paul Outreach Ministries, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving Nelson County residents living below the federal poverty line. The pantry operates on a client-choice model, allowing individuals and families to select groceries that meet their nutritional needs and preferences. Recently relocated to an expanded facility, the pantry has strengthened its capacity to distribute fresh produce, meat, freezer items, and other essential supplies to combat hunger in the community.
