Breathitt Co. Hunger Alliance CSFP

Breathitt County Hunger Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit volunteer-run organization dedicated to ending hunger in Breathitt County and surrounding areas. The organization provides the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) with monthly nutritious food boxes for seniors age 60 and older, as well as additional community support including clothing, household goods, emergency food assistance, and seasonal toy distribution for children. Founded in 2022 and operating out of Jackson, Kentucky, the organization works to provide education, advocacy, and resources to meet the diverse needs of residents facing food insecurity and economic hardship.
