Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank

The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1984 to combat hunger in Baton Rouge and the surrounding parishes. The organization distributes food and provides educational outreach through a network of over 115 community partner agencies, including programs like the BackPack Program, Farm Fresh Healthy Food Initiative, and the Senior Grocery Program. Located in Baton Rouge, the food bank serves East Baton Rouge and 10 surrounding parishes with the mission to feed the hungry and address food insecurity in the region.
