The Mission Pantry

The Mission Pantry is a food assistance program operated by the New Orleans Mission, a nonprofit organization founded in 1989 that serves the greater New Orleans area and surrounding parishes. The pantry provides quality food items to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, with a focus on combating hunger and addressing food insecurity in the community. Established in 2019 through a partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank, the Mission Pantry distributes food to residents in need and works to strengthen communities through nutrition support and assistance programs.
