Care Help of Sulphur Food Pantry

Care Help of Sulphur is a food pantry serving residents of Sulphur, Carlyss, DeQuincy, Vinton and Starks in West Calcasieu Parish. Operating for 42 years as part of Care Help of Sulphur, Inc., the organization uses a free choice model allowing clients to select items from various food and personal care categories, distributing over 132 tons of food annually. In addition to its main food pantry, Care Help provides emergency food assistance, operates a thrift store, offers a back-to-school program, and operates a second food pantry location in Hackberry.
