Alna Food Pantry

The Alna Food Pantry serves all area residents with no questions asked, providing fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen items, dairy products, dried goods, and hygiene items sourced primarily through donations and the Good Shepherd Food Bank. Operated by the Town of Alna with support from the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program as its fiscal sponsor, the pantry welcomes community volunteers to help with pickups, packing, and distribution. The pantry also partners with an associated community garden established in 2020, which grows produce directly for pantry distribution and community members.
