Bon Appetit Meal Program

Bon Appetit Community Meal Program is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that has served the Biddeford community since 1989, when it began as a Christmas dinner organized by concerned community members. Operating as a free community meal program, Bon Appetit provides nutritious dinners to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, with an active volunteer staff of over 300 members supporting its mission alongside a small paid staff. Founded with 25 attendees, the program has grown to serve an average of 75 meals daily, with attendance sometimes reaching over 100 dinners on weekdays.
