Brewer Area Food Pantry

The Brewer Area Food Pantry is a nonprofit food assistance program operated by OHI (Options for Independence) that serves food-insecure residents of Brewer and Eddington who meet USDA Emergency Food Assistance Program income guidelines. The pantry was established after the Brewer Christian Food Cupboard closed in 2012, filling a critical gap for residents in need of food assistance. The organization has become a vital community resource, providing not just nutritious food but also a place of dignity and connection for hundreds of households weekly.
