Bridgton Food Pantry

The Bridgton Food Pantry is a nonprofit organization that has been fighting hunger in Bridgton, Maine for over 35 years, originally founded in 1987 as an outreach mission of the Bridgton United Methodist Church. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers, provides supplemental food and groceries to approximately 200 families each week, distributing around 1,000 nourishing meals. The pantry offers a grocery store-like experience where visitors can select from pasta, canned goods, dry goods, fresh produce, and frozen meats, many sourced from local farms.
