Neighbor’s Food Pantry

Neighbor's Food Pantry is a ministry of Eliot Baptist Church founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to serve the community after Eliot was identified as the only Southern Maine town without its own food pantry. Operating as a 100% volunteer-driven organization, the pantry partners with Good Shepherd Food Bank and receives weekly donations from Hannaford, along with seasonal produce from local farms and community gardeners, while maintaining a mission to serve and love others unconditionally by providing food assistance to all neighbors regardless of residency.
