Christmas Community Project (Pittsfield Food Pantry)

The Pittsfield Community Christmas Project was founded in the early 1980s by dedicated individuals with a mission to help those in need, beginning as a collection of Christmas gifts for families in need and expanding into a year-round source of food, clothing, and essential items for residents in the greater Pittsfield area. The organization, run by a board of directors, relocated to a permanent downtown storefront in 1996 and serves the community through food collections and community support.
