Captain's Cupboard is a student-run food pantry located at Southern Maine Community College in South Portland that was created in 2013 by Phi Theta Kappa in response to student food insecurity. The pantry serves hundreds of students monthly, offering fresh produce, shelf-stable foods, and household essentials with no income requirements or eligibility barriers.
