South Portland Food Cupboard

The South Portland Food Cupboard is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, volunteer-based food pantry founded in 1997 that provides free groceries to individuals and families in South Portland and surrounding communities, serving thousands of people annually with no eligibility requirements. Since its establishment by a group from Holy Cross Church, the organization has grown to distribute over 490 tons of food per year and also supplies food to other local distribution sites.
