South Portland Food Cupboard

The South Portland Food Cupboard is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, volunteer-based food pantry founded in 1997 by members of Holy Cross Church, dedicated to alleviating hunger by distributing food assistance to individuals and families in South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, and surrounding communities. Operating with no eligibility requirements, the organization serves thousands of families annually and also distributes food to other local food distribution sites, working to combat food insecurity in the region.
