FCFA Food Pantry

FCFA Food Pantry, operated by Food and Care For All (FCFA), is a nonprofit food pantry located in Ellicott City that promotes food security for Howard County residents in need. The pantry provides perishable and non-perishable foods, hygiene supplies, and clothing, and operates as a client-choice pantry allowing guests to select their own groceries. Beyond food assistance, FCFA offers free HIV and STI testing, empowerment programs to help families break cycles of poverty, and health initiatives including diabetes and smoking prevention programs.
