Food Pantry at Ladies of Charity of Calvert County

The Ladies of Charity Calvert County is a nonprofit organization founded in 1968 that operates a food pantry serving individuals and families in need throughout the region. The pantry distributes perishable and nonperishable food items, including fresh produce, bread, meat, and canned goods, with special holiday meal groceries provided around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Supported by approximately 40 dedicated volunteers, the pantry primarily serves Northern Calvert County and is part of the End Hunger in Calvert County food pantry network, also offering an on-site Mini Market for North Beach senior apartment residents.
