East Boston Community Soup Kitchen

East Boston Community Soup Kitchen is a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 by Sandra Nijjar that provides meals, food pantry services, warm clothing, hygiene items, and essential services including housing aid and addiction recovery support to individuals experiencing hunger and homelessness in the East Boston community. Located in Maverick Square, the organization now serves over 600 people weekly and relies entirely on donations and volunteers to provide its services with respect and dignity.
