Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House
About
Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House is a nonprofit community organization located at 71 Cherry Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts that has served the community since 1902. Originally founded as a settlement house to help immigrants assimilate into American culture, the organization now provides comprehensive social services to over 4,000 residents annually through food pantries, community engagement programs, and other vital resources addressing economic and social inequities. The historic Federal-style building, constructed in 1807, was the childhood home of Margaret Fuller and is currently undergoing major renovations to enhance its capacity to serve Cambridge’s Port neighborhood.
