Shane Gives Thanks Inc Food Pantry

Shane Gives Thanks Inc Food Pantry is a nonprofit food pantry founded in 2014 by then 7-year-old Shane McColgan to address food insecurity in his community. The pantry operates as a charitable organization dedicated to collecting, storing, and distributing food to families in need, serving approximately 1,800 families from Carver and surrounding towns including Plymouth, Plympton, Halifax, and Pembroke. The organization runs entirely on donations from residents, grocery stores, and local farmers, and is affiliated with the Greater Boston Food Bank as a partner agency.
