Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen and Pantry Valley View Mobile Pantry

Lorraine's Soup Kitchen & Pantry is a nonprofit organization that has served the Greater Chicopee community for over 35 years, providing food security through hot meals, a food pantry, fresh produce distribution, and a mobile pantry that visits approximately 15 locations monthly across the city. The organization, originally opened as The Chicopee Soup Kitchen & Pantry in 1989-1990, was renamed to honor Lorraine Houle, its first Executive Director, and operates from a state-of-the-art facility to ensure access to assistance with dignity and respect for individuals and families facing food insecurity.
