Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen and Pantry

Lorraine's Soup Kitchen & Pantry is a nonprofit organization serving the Chicopee community for over 40 years by providing food assistance with respect and dignity. The organization operates both a soup kitchen serving hot meals and a food pantry offering groceries and fresh produce, along with additional services including a mobile pantry, holiday meal programs, health clinics, and social services. Founded as the Chicopee Soup Kitchen and later renamed to honor Lorraine Houle, the organization's first and only director, it now operates with a dedicated staff and many volunteers committed to reducing food insecurity in the Greater Chicopee area.
