People’s Pantry – Food Distribution Center

People's Pantry – Food Distribution Center is a nonprofit food pantry serving the South Berkshire community since 1999, dedicated to reducing hunger and providing healthy, locally sourced food to residents in need. The all-volunteer organization, supported by donations and a small paid staff, distributes a variety of foods including fresh produce, shelf-stable items, and hygiene products to all community members regardless of income, with no documentation required. The pantry has grown to become the largest rural pantry in Berkshire County and operates multiple distribution locations throughout Great Barrington.
