Malden Community Fridge (Linden Square)

Malden Community Fridge at Linden Square is a free, outdoor community refrigerator operated by local volunteers to combat food insecurity in the city. Founded in March 2021 by City Councilors Craig Spadafora and Jadeane Sica, the initiative provides a private, judgment-free way for community members to access fresh food or donate extra groceries, with the Linden Square location stocked with fresh produce and other items as supplies are donated.
