People’s Pantry

People's Food Pantry is a nonprofit organization in North Andover dedicated to providing food assistance to individuals facing food insecurity in the Merrimack Valley. Founded in 1992 by Cari Marchese at North Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, the volunteer-run pantry partners with the Greater Boston Food Bank and Merrimack Valley Food Bank to distribute nutritious food items to families in need. The organization actively engages with local schools, youth groups, and businesses to raise awareness about food insecurity and organize community food drives.
