Lower Cape Outreach Council

Founded in 1984, the Lower Cape Outreach Council is a nonprofit organization based in Orleans, Massachusetts, serving over 5,000 individuals across eight lower Cape communities including Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Harwich, Orleans, Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet. The organization provides comprehensive emergency assistance through nine food pantries, emergency financial aid, clothing and household items via Katy’s Korner, and social service referrals, with a mission to support those in immediate need while encouraging long-term self-sufficiency.
