Soup Kitchen in Provincetown (SKIP)/Provincetown United Methodist Church

Established in 1992, the Soup Kitchen in Provincetown (SKIP) provides hot, nourishing meals to Outer Cape Cod residents throughout the winter season. Operating at the Provincetown United Methodist Church, SKIP serves over 200 meals daily and has expanded its services to include weekend take-home meals, homeless-prevention assistance, nutrition counseling, and health monitoring. The organization addresses food insecurity affecting both seniors on fixed incomes and workers facing seasonal unemployment, while also serving as a vital community gathering space during the winter months.
