South End Fridge is a mutual aid community fridge and pantry offering free, 24/7 access to food and essential items for Boston South End residents. Operating since March 2021 from a location in front of Make Shift Boston, the fridge is run entirely by volunteers who monitor and restock it three times daily, accepting refrigerated items, frozen goods, and labeled home-cooked meals.
