African American History & Literature Gallery Pantry

The African American History & Literature Gallery Pantry is a food pantry operated by the African American History & Literature Gallery, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2018 by Sharon and Emanuel Brown in Benton Harbor. In addition to providing food assistance to community members, the gallery celebrates African American history and culture through visual arts, memorabilia, and community programming including educational tours, fireside chats, and prayer vigils that serve to strengthen and unite the Benton Harbor community.
