Twelfth Street Missionary Baptist Food Pantry

The Twelfth Street Food Pantry is an outreach program established in 2002 by Twelfth Street Missionary Baptist Church to address food insecurity in Detroit, responding to the neighborhood's lack of access to fresh, nutritious food. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operated entirely by volunteers, the pantry provides food assistance to individuals and families throughout the Tri-County Michigan area with no fees or charges for services. The organization distributes food acquired from local sources including Aldi Market and regional food banks, and in emergency cases provides food and clothing for immediate delivery to those in need.
